Moorhouse Construction Limited have successfully completed works for Moorhouse Properties & Lettings Ltd to refurbish a property in Leicester after it sustained heavy flood damage.
The services we offered on this project included;
• Rip out water damaged items & disposal.
• Remove damaged render and plaster to internal walls and ceilings.
• Complete drying process, signed off by third party professionals.
• Insulating throughout to increase building efficiency.
• First fix to electrics and fire system installed.
• First fix plumbing to all rooms to allow vanity units to be installed.
• Ceilings plaster boarded prior to plastering.
• All internal walls rendered.
• All ceilings and internal walls plastered.
• Skirting, Architrave and new fire door linings installed throughout.
• Fire doors fitted throughout.
• Second fix electrics including new socket fronts, switches, lights and fire system including smoke/heat detectors and break glass units.
• Painting to all walls, ceilings and woodwork throughout using modern colour schemes.
• All new fire rated ironmongery fitted to doors including closers and intumescent fire seals to comply with regulations.
• Luxury laminate flooring fitted to bedrooms and carpet fitted to stairs and landings.
• New furniture installed to each room.
• Complete builders clean throughout.
