Moorhouse Construction Limited are the principal contractors for Moorhouse Properties, who own several student and professional properties over Leicestershire. This property was looking tired and was in need of an upgrade, therefore work took place over a few months in order to modernise, refresh and rejuvenate the old house, based within the heart of Leicester.
The services we offered on this project included;
• Re-plastering and repainting throughout the entire house
• Removal of old carpets and new laminate flooring/ carpet relaid
• Old featured flooring rejuvenated with floor varnish
• New furnishings provided to give a uniform look throughout.
• Replacement of old doors fitted by our skilled team of carpentry and joiners
• Kitchen and dining room converted into a kitchen/diner
• Old kitchen removed
• New kitchen fitted by our experts
